Dear Sir/Madam,
My complaint is against all Telecom company which are providing all benefits (eg. Unlimited calls, messages, daily data pack etc) Then why we are unable to make a call to any company’s toll free no.? And if we do same then without connecting the call to the customer care executive, all Telecom company apply charges, why? While it is not mentioned in anywhere of any Telecom company portal or home page. It is blunder with all customers which is happening by all Telecom company.
Please look into this serious matter.
