I bought a basic feature phone from Flipkart which was delivered to me on 6 th July, same day I used the phone and it was faulty as I was unable to hear voice of any caller who was calling me, it has speaker issue. Same day, I requested replacement and it’s been more than 9 days, nothing has happened.
