Dear Sir,
I am ramesh chandra gupta from kanpur, I had booked a phone “Gionee max pro” online from your web site(flikcard app) I paid online payment by credit card of axis bank..and his order number is OD222020385532104000 After that your delivery time date 12/06/021, the day was presented on Saturday when your delivery boy (phone no-705254321) reached my residence on Saturday at 4 pm, delivered the phone as well as a return of 1500Rs. Demanded from my family members! And the members of my house refused to give, so that young man took back the booked phone and did not deliver the order on time… I want to bring all these things to your notice because is your web site booking and Additional money is charged after making the payment, if so, give me proof in writing. Otherwise I can take legal action otherwise
