Dear Team
I have taken personal flexi loan & consumer loan by Bajaj finance due to some suddenly financial crises in family I am not able to pay only current month installment. Mr Nikhil collection person from Bajaj finance has reached my home also inquiry by my all neginour still he was not satisfied & visit my relatives home.
Is it RBI guidelines to recover unsecure loan from customer relative & nebior & insulting any one self respect.
I want to file case against Defamation
