On 27th March 2023, I received a letter from Pankaj Singh, 10, Central Sinthi Rd, South Biswanath Colony, Sinthee, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700030 via India Post (No. RW 22899094 6IN) regarding a lucky draw contest on the occasion of Meesho birthday celebration in which it claimed that I have a won a Swift dzire car. My personal details with complete residential address are also mentioned in this letter which is not shared by me with the above-mentioned person. The letter is signed and stamped by the Co-Founder and CEO of Meesho Mr. Vidit Aatrey and also stamped by HSBC Bank. Kindly look into the matter as it is a serious breach of my Right to Privacy under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.

Moreover, we don’t ask for any such information like CVV or OTP. We request you to please refrain yourself from getting into or considering these kind of frauds in the name of Meesho.
