Dear Sir,
My name is Dhakane Amol Appasaeheb . I have placed an order for a “Mi 360 1080p WiFi Smart Security Camera” amounting Rs 3199/- (Rs 3039/- (Via Zestmoney EMI + 160 Super Coin) on date 06/08/2022. Order id is OD225665930902944000.
As I had made a payment through Zestmoney EMI for 3 month. Payment was successful from Zestmoney end and EMI was processed by Zestmoney. But on Flipkart the current order is still pending, indicating “payment not yet confirmed from the bank”…..
I had a word with zestmoney, they told me that payment was successful and transferred to flipkart. So kindly look into matters and process the order as soon as possible.
And if payment is not received to flipkart kindly send me an email indicating that Flipkart has not received money from Zestmoney.
