I have done my payment of 1863 on 7 Nov 2022 but it’s goes under process for more then 48 hrs then it settle on 9 may 2022 then they charge late fee 60 rs then i was raising issues about this but no action were taken by paytm postaid then i paid the fine of rs 60 after that I was raise a ticket for this but no solution was done by paytm postpaid team then they are continously fine before 3 months .Now the total amount goes to 463 rs Whu iam pay for this fake fine.plzz help it effect on my cibil from last 3 months .Plzz solve my issue
