Dear Sir/ Mam,
We have made bulk payment against our 13 Nos business connections on 09th July ,2022 through NEFT mode but till today payment has not updated in all 13 numbers connections.
Vodafone has credited a total amount of Rs.5081.24 in one account having connection number 9898150484 .
After several mail from 9th July ,2022 on above mentioned mail ids and several complaints through customer care but no any action is taken by Vodafone till today.
Now, We have received the next billing schedule and as per schedule previous due with late payment charges are mentioned in all invoices.
It’s very shocking and disappointing that after making payment before the due date we are facing an issue because of carelessness of vodafone.
We are not able to understand now where we are going to solve this issue
We are strongly feel that it’s time to switch from Vodafone to other service provider
