i booked a ticket from travolook website in the month of june. that got cancelled due to some technical reason (As specified by travolook Executive), but my payment got deducted from my account. when i asked for my refund they told me that it will take 15 working days in the process. but they not transfered the payment after 20 days. i again called the customercare executive and ask for refund. he told me i am taking your complain and again give me 15 days timeline. but again they have not transferred the amount. after several followup thay transferred the amount in their wallet. i request them to transfer the amount in my bank account but they refused to transfer and gave me excused that we are tried to transfer in your account but the transaction failed.
Now They forcefully kept the payment in their wallet and not transferring the amount in my bank account.
