I have deposited excess amount Rs 2650 via upi I’d paytm-8729851@paytm dated 28.10.22 for full and final closure of tikona Internet as per call received by Tikona office via mobile no +91 7728-841391 .call came and according to this I have made payment of 2650 because I was using Tikona service but before 3 months I have deactivated the service and I have shifted in Airtel. Despite without taking service in Tikona I done this payment because it was told that your due amount will be adjusted and after that Tikona service will be closed and amount will be refunded today in the same account from where your payment done.
But today no payment done either by your side or no closure message came so kindly look into this matter as 2650 is my excess payment done which is required to refund
