Respected sir/madam,
With due respect and humble submission I beg to state to you that I am an account holder in your distinguished bank. I have recently pay Airtel bill through an Paytm online payment method. The payment failed yet the amount was deducted from my account. I urge you to kindly refund the amount.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Your kind cooperation in the reversal and refund will be highly appreciated .
