I respected all of you. I was pay Rs.1203/- For BEd Original certificate in TILKAMANJHI BHAGALPUR UNIVERSITY BHAGALPUR(TMU BHAGALPUR) . But Online Payment successful By QR code and form is not submit.So please Help me.
