I have subscribed for some HD channels, but it’s not appeared.
I could see other channels.
My setup box is under warranty, customer care not able to resolve the issue.
They are telling service engineer will come and solve the problem, but I need to pay the visiting charges.
Is this supposed to be paid by customer, I think it’s basic service which Airtel supposed to fix ASAP without any changes.
I am already paying for HD channels, which I am not able to watch.
