The deivery agent has changed status of my order id 2750 on monday and said other person will transfer ny package and nobody came to deliver after that i raised complaint regarding same in late evenibg to customer care and got assurance that i will get my parcel by next day . Next day again after waiting for full day i dint receive my package and again called and got assurance that tomorrow morning i will get my parcel and till now i dint receive. Now im able to see deivery agent number for another package deivey and tried to call him more than 20 times and the agent has blocked my number instead of delivering my package which he changed status as delivered on monday.
Its happened so many times that he is marking status as delivered and not delivering package and i got refund from customer care many times . I dont know who is keeping my package delivery agents of panipat amazon facility.
