I paid Airtel postpaid bill on 23rd July, 2020 of Airtel no. 9875817550 on 01:07 P.M. of Rs. 1178.82 from my SBI account Google Pay no. 7790999989. Amount got deducted from my account but airtel is not showing up in bill. Google Pay customer care is saying that Airtel has a credit entry with “UPI RRN”. NPCI is saying that money is credited in merchant’s account. I’ve complained again and again in Airtel and went to Airtel store several times but neither money got credited in airtel bill nor it refunded. I’m feeling very much cheated. Please help me as soon as possible. Receipt of transaction is attached for reference. Thank you.
