I took few small loans via mPokket app. While repaying one payment did got updated. When contacted to team they told to wait for 24 hours etc.since I waiting for them and other loans too was pending. After few days they told me to clear other loans and we will update the previous one when i tried several times due their system failure i was unable to make payment even after trying several times and several days.
During this period due to their negligence and charged me extra. Since from that day 2 months passed i am continously emailing, calling vai phone and messing via whatsapp to them to waive off extra charges so that i can make payment of genuine amount but are not responding only increasing charges day by day.
