Text of Complaint by Vijendra:

Hi this is a Airtel customer from past 5 years, my complaint is Even though the network pack of 698/- for 84 day’s is within the validity period, Airtel network has been stopped my outgoing call facility, even the customer care people are talking about the doing recharge to continue my offer, but during the validity period i.e early within 3 day’s itself they have stopped the outgoing call facility, kindly take this as severe issue and clear the complaint.
