Dear Sir

We PNC Infratech Limited purchased a Voltas Split AC (1.5 ton) on 26.04.2024 for our Guest House in Bhopal (M.P) and installation was done the same day.

From 26.04.2024 to 09.07.2024 till 10 A.M AC working normally, but from 09.07.2024 evening time the AC stopped (the reason Cooling and compressor stopped), the same time we registered a complaint regarding the breakdown of our AC by Voltas whatsapp help desk (9650694555), And also we have called 4 times to your customer care service no. 9650694555 to arrange to visit your technician (By authorized Dealer Technician)

But after completed 48 hrs/two days no any called from your authorized Dealer to resolve our issues, After being disappointed I personnel try contacted to your authorized Dealer (No.- 9685119697) who had previously installed our New AC, he arranged to visit their technician, and send their technician three times to our company guest house to fix the problems.

On 12.07.2024 they found the problems (Leakage in copper pipe indoor unit) and finally fixed our problems on 13.07.2024 by 4 P.M (I want to give special thanks to mobile 9685119697 who has tried to resolve our problems).

This Means Voltas Ltd. taking time for any repair/service work under warranty product after 4 days / 96 hrs. from the date of complaint is that right? THIS IS YOUR COMPANY POLICY???

As you know any person/customer buying AC after paying the amount for their comfortable life, the same thing that we have purchased AC for our Guest house use purpose.

Due to the breakdown of AC from 09.07.24 9 p.m. to till 13.07.24 4 P.M (Approx- 4 days/ 96 hrs) our guest has not agreed to stay in the guest room without AC. Therefore we are forced to shift them to a Hotel (Hotel rent is 3500/- Rs per day), or we have to pay around 15000/- to the hotel. Due to bad service of Voltas customer service and failure of Voltas Ltd company, we have a loss of 15000/-, who will pay for it. So we are asking for compensation of 15000/- Rs from Voltas due to their bad service

Note:- We have bought a new AC, not second-hand, what happened to our AC, I think this AC is refurbished, can I correct it? Any expert can explain to me if I am right then give us NEW AC as replacement of Old AC.

We are waiting for Voltas management’s reply regarding our question, and who is responsible for this, after that we will file a complaint to further authority through our legal team.
