Hi
I ordered one item from 9696849839.
But i have not got that. I called customer executive they are saying there is no option for complaint for cancellation . Ordee camcellation status is saying it was cancelled by me customer executive is saying it was cancelled due to some reasons they don’t know . It is not the way by showing fake prices of product and befooling the customers . If I again order the product which executives are saying it will take high prices as compared to earlier . Legally it is not good in any way .It was in varanasi facility and i called customer executive , delivery man also . They were saying it will be delivered on 24 or 25 . Delivery man did not say anything after that cut my call and made his phone switched off. I don’t think it is fine in any way . I need my order at that price only i.e what I want otherwise i will go according to the law. Very poor service for customers . They are saying it may be mistake from flipkart side but how one can do such blunders . I have concern regarding this because it is being questioned on me that I cancelled but I di not cancelled it .
We rely on authentic natire of flipkart but somehow we will be loosing that in case if such things are going to happen .
Please looo above grievamce i lodges with flipkart , i request you to help me with that .
