This complaint is in reference to ORDER # 7922539. I ordered one dress on 29 July and it was delivered on 12 August. Immediately after receiving the order, I raised a return request for which I received confirmation that it would be completed soon, and after that I received a call from courier person twice that he would come and pick up, but later on I received notification on 18 August that pickup had been cancelled, and since then I have been attempting to contact customer support (91-11-41171712) but have received no response.
