Valmo courier centre near Mukherjee nagar…they didn’t delivered my product order was prepaid….they shown delivered in meesho app.. I called delivery boy he said I’ll deliver ur order …now it’s being 7 days now my order is not received…..he is not picking my calls ….. Plzz file a complain against these type of issues so that it may not happen again with any other customer….

I have ordered from meesho, it is a prepaid order. Order number M00337627395. item is shipped through Valmo courier, the courier boy didn’t even made a single call to contact me, simply update tracking status as failed to deliver the product. Iam unable to contact him, I don’t have his number, or Valmo customer support number. This situation is very difficult for customers, since it is a prepaid order.
The message I received is —- “Sorry, we failed to deliver your order M00337627395 due to – Requested for future delivery -Meesho”.
