I purchased a cord set from UniqTrend site. But they delivered the wrong
product. Instead of the cord set that I was expecting the package contained
two sarees. I tried contacting them but they have not replied to any of my
messages and emails and now they have blocked my number as well as
my email id. I immediately called the delivery agent and told him about the
incident he declined to help me. And no customer care number of theirs is
working. I have filed an application in the bank to reverse my transaction. It
is an urgent matter to look into because the site is still operating. And there
are more victims like me.
