Dear sir this is Imtiyaz Ahmad. I got ICICI Credit card with last 4 digit 7004 on July 21.
On 29 September 2023 in afternoon 1.20 PM fraudents send me fake ICICI i mobile app which causes hicking of my mobile and after geting important information which I have not shared with them. They done 6 transactions of total 133360 amount.
Amount 19560 with Transaction ID 611411
50588 with Transaction ID 536511
15212 with Transaction ID 536511
19000 with Transaction ID 910673
10000 with Transaction ID 568511
19000 with Transaction ID 448157
This is with reference to the dispute request raised by you through SR934928980 dated 29-SEP-23 for 1 transaction(s) amounting to Rs. 50588.99.
This is with reference to the dispute raised by you through SR934931336 dated 29-SEP-23 on your ICICI Bank Credit Card XX004 for 5 transaction[s] of Rs 82772.9.
I have done complaint in cyber crime portal and receive No.
A grievance has been reported successfully on cybercrime.gov.in with Acknowledgement No :21909230086156
Kindly help and guide me for stopping of transaction and recovery of amount.
