Text of Complaint by Mayank Maheshwari:

I purchased Ola Care Plus, but the service has been extremely disappointing. Despite raising an RSA request two days ago, there has been no update on my scooter’s pickup. I have made multiple calls to Ola Customer Care and their third-party RSA team, but all I get is the same response: “wait, wait, and wait.”

Every time I speak to a representative, they assure me that the scooter will be picked up by 11 AM the next day, yet the entire day passes without any action or updates. By the end of the day, they repeat the same promise for the following day. They also claim that their team will call me, but no one ever does. There are no updates via email or my registered mobile number—just empty assurances.

Even the Ola service center staff provide vague and unhelpful responses. This level of service is frustrating and unacceptable. Customers are being taken for granted, and I urge the Government of India to take strict action against such negligence.
