sir,
i ordered Redimi Note 9PRO through the Mi store site for Rupees 12999 on 18 April 2020 & payment was done through net banking . with transaction no ” 109828490249IGAIMHRDA2″.Due to lock down I waited my ordered product but till now I have not received it .
In the mean time , I inquiry through customercare@ccavenue.com company involve in my transaction & they reply my mail “Your transaction for the order number Cavenue ref number 109828490249 on 2020-04-18 18:19:47.573 for INR has been successfully processed through CCAvenue and forwarded to your merchant.”
Also i send the mail to merchant, service@xiaomi.com on date 21.07.2020 but not supplied or not refunded the money Rs 12999.
but till date i have not received my item Redimi note 9 PRO.
I request to you please solved the case
