Sir,
I was complained 2times in customer care of tatasky regarding not getting signal from last 8 days. When i was complained first time they told me that i was lodge your complain and within 24 hrs our technician contect you but after 2 day of waiting their was no called by any technician again i called to tata sky customer care, they tolled me that our technician contact you but you phone is out of coverage which is absolutely wrong after they again lodge the complain and told me that again our technician contact u and also lodge complain agains technician after said by me. After 4 day again I called to tata sky customer care and talk to superior of tata sky but still not solved mu complain.
