I’ve ordered sujata mixture juicer grinder on 26 July 2023 , and the estimated delivey date was on 28 july 2023 . But the delivery person did not contact me and when i called to amazon custom care they told your product would deliver at 29th july (morning) but they did not delivered . After that I have again complaint to customer care about my product they give assurance your will be delivered on 31.07.2027 (morning) but product was not delivered. I have once again complaint to
Customer care on 31.07.2023, they give me complain no. 75569436 and assured to me your product will be delivered on 01.08.2023 ( morning) but on the sites of Amazon it is showing that ” amazon couldn’t deliver your package”. It is also to inform you that i have no call received from delivery agent about my product but they show message on amazone site delivery attempted.
It requested to you kindly take immediate action on the matter, give me to reason , why my product was not delivered.
