Respected sir/madam

I am a doctor by profession in a govt. hospital serving humanity and country since long..  but I am being harassed by Amazon..  I require  justice from you ..

I have ordered a hp pavilion laptop from Amazon which was to be diliveres by 22nd yesterday and I received a courier personal number and OTP to talk to him, I tried whole day to contact him but he wasn’t picked my call and in evening 8:30pm when he picked the call he misbehaved and told me mere pass koi order nahi hai muzhe kyun call kar rha hai..

I told him that I got your number from Amazon with OTP to talk to you..

you can’t talk to me like this if you are not the same person why you took my phone.. he told again same thing and told me that my name is Dheeraj just go and file a complaint against me..

this was a valuable order for me as I have to gift it to some one in Punjab for a very awful moment..

these guys ruined my whole thing and misbehaved..

I have talked to Coustomer care lot of times.. had chat lot of times with them but they are not doing anything

yesterday when I called in evening these Coustomer care personals told me that you will get your order in morning on priority basis max up to 11::00am but now when I didn’t receive my parcel I called again Coustomer care they are again giving me a different date not delivering the laptop..

kindly take strict action against them and that courier personal who misbehaved …
