I booked a ticket on 16 October 2022 through Flipkart travel agency, where the payment was debited and the ticket was not confirmed my Booking ID: 221016615938. I waited 48 hrs for confirmation but did not receive the confirmation. I connected with a Flipkart executive and they told me that ticket will confirm shortly. but till now I have not received my confirm ticket with pnr no. I have raised my complaint multiple times via call and via email. Now every time I call them they keep on saying the matter has been highlighted and it will get resolved within 2 to 3 hrs. I am continuously following up with the calls but every time they are saying 2 hrs/ 3 hrs to wait. Plz. look into this matter.
