Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an error in my CIBIL report. The loan account with PAYUFIN, account number LPPLUS6607628, is incorrectly shown as active in my report.

Please note that I have made all payments on time, and the outstanding balance is now zero. The loan should have been closed upon full payment, but it appears that this update has not been reflected in my credit report.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter and update the status of the loan as “Closed” at the earliest. I have attached the necessary documents, including the payment confirmation and the no-dues certificate from the bank, for your reference.
