I booked a movie ticket of gold cinema agra in Sanjay place cosmos mall,dated 17-dec-2021 time:9.45 pm seat no. D5,D6 .
The recliner was not working on starting so staff fixed it initially and when movie started it stopped working and I had to watch the whole movie in an uncomfortable position,in interval staff again tried to fix it but failed,I want refund of the ticket as I booked it for recliner but in the whole movie it didn’t work.
