I would like to inform that i have already Requested to vodafone care for changing my Pospaid to prepaid Many times they did not Take any action.
Last time one executive Came to us for collecting the payment that time also i requested for Changing the connection and he told me to pay the amount they will change the connection to post paid ,Same time he collect my Id proof and i settled the amount for changing but he also didn’t do any thing i called many times he comfirmed that the connection will change soon but still the connection not changed and always coming bills.
I am not using the connection from last few months but i am getting bills kindly please change the connection to prepaid
Kindly please check the sim usage and do the needful action immediatly
Currently i am in kerala right now i need to solve the issue.
I need to disconnect the postpaid connection and change the connection to prepaid if it possible kindly arrange in my home town because i am not able to move tamilnadu right Now.
I am getting many calls from Executives For payment on this time (covid 19) Every one knows about this situation but i think vodafone not understanding the situation.
Kindly close my Issue on higher priority because i am paying money without any usages
