I am resident of Rajkot(Gujarat).My son Janinik Chhaya stayed NEW Town Paying Guest ,AC53,Action Area-a,DLF-1,Nr. New Bus stand,New Town ,Colcutta during the period April-2023 and May-2023 for which i have paid an amount of Rs. 3000(Deposit amount) for which a receipt No. C 2236 dated 30/03/2023 is atached herewith in addition to this i have paid Rs. 13,200+Rs. 8000 towards deposit amount and monthly rent of PG through Google Pay to Kalyani Das for which screen shot of the same is attached herewith. Now after vacant of PG PG Onwer have guranted me to refund the amount of Rs. 5000/- (8000 deposit – 3000 towards maintanance charge and AC charge)on 01/06/2023 but till date he has not refunded me the same amount. I have frequently contact him on mobile to refund the same but he has not given any response.
