Sir,
On 13th June 2024, I have raised a request for jio fibre new connection with request id.- LR000008BVUZ with advance payment of Rs. 1000/-.
On 14th June 2024, a person for doing KYC has visited my home and on same day, a Technician named Suprabhat Kumar (contact number- 8252913736) visited for installation of new connection.
During his visit, he informed me that he has new jio fibre connection with request id.- NO000114KO0R. Immediately I called jio fibre customer care on number- 18008969999 in presence of Technician on 14th June 2024.
The customer care representative informed me the system has wrongly generated request id twice. The representative informed me to allow Technician to proceed for installation of request id.- NO000114KO0R and refund of request id.- LR000008BVUZ will be done within 15 days.
But till date, I have not got my amount paid. In the mean time, I have contacted customer care “n” number of times for refund and everytime, I got the reply that you will get your money back within 24 hours. You can check even my last call recording dated 02-09-2024 of 12:36 pm where company representative has committed that this time you will definitely get the refund within 24 hours. But no return amount received yet.
Now the situation is that no one from jio fibre customer care is responding my call. The call automatically disconnect after 20 minutes of my waiting time of call everytime.
Therefore it is my request to look after the issue and do the needful for return of long pending amount.
