On 24-08-2020 at 12:44 Am, i made a recharge of Rs.558(After adjusting offer: Rs.524) through airtel app towards my mobile number 94xxx7xx49. My money was debited from bank account but despite that my mobile number was not not recharged. I waited for more than 12 hours but still my services were not resumed. I dropped an email to the customer care as well also established contact with customer care but nothing has been heard from their end till date. Lastly i made an another recharge of Rs.565 which got credited through airtel app and accordingly the recharge was done. But my previous amount of Rs.524 has not been refunded back till date. As such, you are requested to kindly look into the
matter and initiate necessary steps immediately for the redressal of my complaint pls
