My self Anjani kumar,booked a new tata sky connection hd set top box on dated 02/09/2021.I have paid total 1766/- Rs through internet banking for new connection with one month selected pack.My transction id is DS0209216001668208.I have paid 1499/- rs for new hd connection and 267/- rs for selected channel pack after discount of Rs 150/-.But after six days gone,neither any technician nor any confirmation message sent to me.I have consulted several times to costomer care of tata sky,they told me your mob no have not shown any payment.I have also submitted a complain through email to tata sky @ help@tatasky.com.But no any respose was taken to the side of tata sky..Pl rectify this issue or cancel my order.
