I requested a shift of my airtel broadband connection with landline number : 017246044466 and dsl number : 017245211750 and relationship number 7038380468 from #70, sec 38A, Chandigarh to #898, FF, sec 38 A, Chandigarh. The plan was of 799 which including taxes cost us 942 in which we got 210 GB monthly at 100 MBPS. We had an accumulated rollover data of around 1000 GB at the time of shifting.
I received a call from customer care support about the shifting of connection and we were offered 150 GB instead of 210 GB in the same price. But, I disagreed that I am shifting in the same locality and how can you reduce the plan quota when I am not disconnecting my services, but just shifting from one place to another in the same locality. Then, in the same call, the guy offered me unlimited plan i.e. of 3333 GB in the same price i.e. rs.799, and said the rollover collected data by us will be cancelled out as we were getting unlimited plan. We agreed to it.
In the airtel thanks app, after the connection was shifted, it showed unlimited data usage plan in my account for 4-5 days. But, after a week it is now again showing 150 GB data plan.
I am very disappointed to say,
– That my plan was downgraded from 210 GB per month to 150 GB per month.
– The rollover data accumulated in account i.e. around 1000 GB was removed.
– That the promised unlimited plan i.e. 3333 GB was removed from my account.
Please help me in the above said matter
