Sub. Regarding non-delivery of the item against Order No.31209 (Boat Rockerz 450 Bluetooth Wireless on Ear Headphones with Mic × 1) Order Date: 30 Oct 2022, 15:44
Ref: 1.No response from Seller Detec Devices Private Limited against above order No. Order No.31209, Dated.30/10/2022.
2. LAZYPAY Later has paid Oder amount on seller / Merchant Detec devices Pvt. Ltd. On 30th October, 2022 Transaction ID: TXN285186447 for Rs.999/-
I did not receive any communication from seller after order confirmation by seller regarding delivery of the Item against Order.No.31209, Dated: 30/10/2022.
As per merchant delivery policy, the item after Order confirmation is to be dispatched within 5 days only.
But I did not receive any clarification / message / information from seller, Detec devices Pvt. Ltd regarding the delay in delivery of the above order.
I did not receipt any reply to the sent mails to the seller / Detec devices Pvt. Ltd, Dated.11th & 22nd November, 2022.
Hence it is requested to refund Rs.999/- paid towards the above Order please.
