Sub. Regarding non-delivery of Order No.31209 (Boat Rockerz 450 Bluetooth Wireless on Ear Headphones with Mic × 1) Order Date: 30 Oct 2022, 15:44
Ref: 1.No response from Seller Detech Devices Private Limited against above order No. Order No.31209, Dated.30/10/2022.
2. LAZYPAY Later has paid Oder amount on seller / Merchant Detec devices Pvt. Ltd. On 30th October, 2022 Transaction ID: TXN285186447 for Rs.999/-
I did not receive any communication from seller after order confirmation regarding Item delivery of the above Order.No.31209, Dated: 30/10/2022.
As per merchant delivery policy, the item in the order should be delivered within 5 days after Order confirmation.
I did not get any reply for the mails sent to Detec devices Pvt Ltd regarding the delivery of the item dated.11th, 22nd November, 2022.
Hence you are requested to examine the order details in the documents attached and take necessary action for refund the amount paid to the merchant at earliest please.
