I have ordered the laptop table worth rupees 1899/- on 4th january 2023. The application shows the item delivery date on 7th jaunary 2023. Although the application shows the item is delivered on 7th jan but i have not received the same, also i have done the enquiery in my neighbors and security guard but they have also denied. Now when i called on customer care they told me if i have not received the product in 24 hours then they will refund or replace the item. Today on 9th Jan 2023 i have not received anything and when i called the customer care they are asking for another 4 days. Theway they are treating the customer is not satisfactory. I want my refund or replacement.
