Dear Sir,
With deep regret & unsatisfied, i am writing this that i have purchased new Airtel DTH connection from website on 12.07.2020 of total amounting of Rs. 1715/- only. After successful payment through NetBanking a customer ID is generated 3035101488 (Screenshot is attached for reference). But, till now no any executive has come for installation of setup box nor any communication is made from your side. The same status is being checked through calling customer care and giving details but unfortunately registered mobile no. / Customer Id is said invalid.
Kindly request you to take immediate action regarding installation of setup box as early as possible or otherwise pls refund the same amount to me.
