Hi Sir/Mam,
This is regarding New broadband connection (Application Number: 012343967804) which i have advance payment dated on 27 June 2021 post site survey. I was continues follow up with Airtel broadband team (Helpline, Escalation desk & Nodal Officer) but installation is not yet completed yet.
Request you to please look into the issue and do the further action.
