Text of Complaint by Kanika pandit:

Sir

It brings your kind notice that on 07th sep 2020 I had applied for new Broadband connection from vide above application number 01722028495 in the name of Kanika Pandit . I have availed 999 Rs plan and paid three months advance bill as well vide Payment transaction I’d 907222293 on the same day through online transaction . I also got payment confirmation sms through there official no 121.
Now concern is its almost  5 days time going to be over  but still this connection is not done by Airtel team neither they are picking up the phone calls. I have tried to reach there nodal officer through phone but all the time phn number is switched off which is updated in there official portal.
I have an humble request from you pls look into the matter since all of my family members are working from home and also suffering the studies of my kids.
I request you to pls helpahelp me out of this .
