Dear Sir/Madam
I want to inform you that there are so many problem in Internet Service like Network speed is completely zero many times in a day and as I am a student I am facing so many difficulties in my study.
And when I call to the customer care executive then they are saying the technical team also work on it and this answer given by customer care executive from last 8 months
Please rectify this problem as soon as possible
And help me
