I am a postpaid Airtel customer. I have been paid Rs. 600 every month without any fail for the past. Due to covid-19 now I’m living in my own village. The network problems like internet and calls are concerned I have faced trouble. For which i made a complaint. Besides the complaint now the periodic due date is going on. Though I have been paid Rs. 600 every month service provider still not solve my complaint. Hence without solve my complaint I won’t pay my bill. If any service connection will disconnect the service provider is responsible for that
