Dear Sir,
I am Dinesh Masker, subscriber of your Airtel postpaid connection having mobile number 9423115565. I am facing network issue since last 20 days and for that I have already logged complain to your network team. Dates and reference numbers are as follows

Whenever I am taking followup with your executives they are just answering every time that they are escalating complaint to network team with high priority. And when I ask to forward call to senior, so same answer is getting from senior supervisor.
As this network issue is not resolved at senior supervisor level, so i requested to connect with higher management, but no executive are connecting my call to higher management. And provided solution that any of the senior management officer will contact me within 4 hour. But more than 5 days are passed out but still waiting for call from Senior Management.
This shows that Bharti Airtel need not worry for customers and their network issues. Requesting you all senior management officers kindly look into this to resolve this issue on priority.
Else I will have to move towards TRAI for getting my solution.
