Dear Sir,
I had registered complaint regarding facing network problem before 1 year but the Airtel company is not resolved my issue when I complaint against network issue in the Airtel thanks app they send text message after 7 days the problem has been resolved but the problem is not resolved I was also visit the customer service centre but they do not give any solution so many time I called to customer care but my problem is not resolved. The network speed is 10kb to 50kb in the 4G network in that I am not able to serve internet not able to attend classes on zoom so what can I do.
Kindly help me.
