Hi Team,

Your TV advertisement and your approach seems to be totally contradictory, I have been following up with Airtel from past 6 months on the Network and internet connectivity, via Airtel store (Kothrud Pune) and on 121 call,

Initially I visited to Airtel store (Kothrud Pune) to raise issue I have been facing, the store manager (Mrs Sara) is very rude and told me upfront we cant help you and if needed I can change my service provider that to after 4 months of follow up, then I approach 121 and issue has been just registered and no one has able to resolve it from past 2 month.

Looking at your TV commercial it seems you are eager to solve all the complaints, but in reality scenario is entirely different.
