Koppal (Karnatak)is district headquarter . I am residing near Gavi matha, which is situated in the centre of the city.

   I am very old customer of Airtel network, recently since 1 month I am getting a very poor network. Here network strength is only 50 byte/second ,20 bytes/second, and really 1 kbps,2 kbps,while downloading. I am paying ₹598 for 84 days on 4G network.Is Airtel providing 4G network? Or 1G net work?

 I tried many times to complain to the customer care. Nobody is available to answer my questions in customer care number.

Please rectify the problem sir, as soon as possible. Or I have to find out other option.
