I have number of worst experience. I insist all not to use nearbuy app ever.
Incident : 1
Date : 08-05-2019
I seen promo code DINE at 11:00 am on app. I thought I should use it. I called nearbuy customer care authority . He said yes you can use it. I found out restaurant named “Alimantoes- Navrangpura – Ahmedabad” which is 5 km far from my resident.
On application page it shows open .
I went and what I found ?! Restaurant closed since 1 week and it was under renovation. But on application It is open. ?

Date : 08-05-2019
I again go for another restaurant Test Eat which far 1.2 km from previous one. After reaching at there what I m seeing ?? Suddenly all the promo codes were suddenly inactive. I tried for more than 5 times and than I called again to customer care authority .
I report the previous incident and what he is saying – ” sir, you should call before going ” i asked why ??? If it is already mentioned in app that restaurant is open why should I call ?!
And if I have to call than what is need of application.
But he is saying same thing repetitively .
I asked is it written anywhere on app ?
He said no.
This is one which was NOT solved by nearbuy and there are just sorry for it.
Than I report regarding DINE code issue. And he is saying  ” sir right not no any promocode are avaliable.”
What a ridiculous answer . Just before 45 min it was seen that promocode is valid till 31st may 2019 and suddenly it was disappear. And what authority suggest – try to use it at evening may be it works.”
It means if I want to buy a lunch than I need to buy it at evening. I argued for 25 min but he repeatedly saying sorry sorry sorry. I also ask him that please forward your call to next level but he is just sorry nothing else.
Both the indecent was in 42℃ heat in summer just because I trusted nearbuy. Never trust on it.
I suggest don’t relay on this application. It was not accurate. You may suffer for 2 hours just due to they are having issues.
I asked nearbuy if you can’t handle why you not limit your service.
Who will give my refund of petrol , time and who will pay for the mental suffer which I feel.
I need answer (NOT YOUR SORRY) and return for which I suffer.
I will post the same on every social media platform. Highly disappointed.

I am not interested what you are improving. I am interested what you can give me for my suffering as consolation and compensation .

As a part of  COMPANSATION of my loss in TIME, PETROL, MENTAL SUFFERING happens due to Wrong Information from nearbuy.
I ask for the compensation in form of either money or purchse code or discount Coupon or promo code of some valuable amount from which I can purchase food free using nearbuy.
One more thing I am not more interested in just discussion of your topic and your apology , also not in action that you will take against restaurant. I need compensation of my loss of time , petrol and mental suffer.
Either give me proper reply and compensation in my account or i am thinking to go in consumer forum for my justice. You can read the no of cases in which different company has to pay for there misleading information, non-satisfied service and etc.

I am not talking here about voucher. Have You read anywhere ?
I am talking that the Hotel/Restaurant mentioned in NEARBUY was closed before 5 days and there is no any Update regarding this.
So i have to suffered due to NEARBUY.

Validity mentioned on application was of 31st may, and on the same day after 30 min your authority said me that This promo code is not active.
